-Review all scenes, conflicts and today’s work on Theme and Symbols.


Classwork:

-Add (2 or 3) additional conflicts for scenes 6 and 7 (page 15 in packet).

 -Scene 7:  Discussion of Questions


 Discuss themes for the play. Take notes.

External Conflict:  is a struggle between a literary or dramatic character and an outside force such as nature or another character, which drives the dramatic action of the plot.   

Internal Conflict:  In literature, an internal conflict is the struggle occurring within a character's mind. (For example, insecurity or a difficult decision one has to make.)
