1.   Read Chapter 3 (48-57)  with corresponding packet questions (Page 7).  Your Mid-Year writing assessment next week will be based on Lord of the Flies through Chapter 3.

2.   Add to your Dialectal Journal:  At least (1) passage from chapter 3 Focus:  Character/Conflict/Figurative Language.
